$10.8 million is available from the Oregon Department of Energy for energy efficient rebuilding incentives for residential and commercial structures.

Fire Hardening Grants

Lane County and the Oregon Building Codes Division have launched a grant program to help owners of homes and businesses rebuild using fire-resistant materials.

EWEB Homesite Relocation Program

Eligible landowners in the Holiday Farm Fire perimeter can be awarded up to $7,000 for rebuilding their homes or septic systems outside of the riparian setback or special flood hazard area. 

 

Septic System Repair & Replacement Grants

Receive up to $35,000 to help repair or replace septic systems damaged by the Holiday Farm Fire. You do not need to be an EWEB customer to qualify.

Free Legal Help

Oregon Disaster Legal Services offers free legal help on wildfire related issues for low-income Oregonians.

Single family housing direct loans.

Also known as the USDA’s Section 502 Direct Loan Program, this program assists low- and very-low-income applicants obtain decent, safe and sanitary housing in eligible rural areas by providing payment assistance

 

Well abandonment, repair and replacement funding.

Funding may be provided to reimburse eligible applicants for costs associated with work to repair, replace, or abandon a well.

Domestic well testing vouchers.

Free testing vouchers are available from Oregon Health Authority now through May 15, 2023.

Household water well loans.

Low interest rate loan program to assist individual households in the refurbishing, replacement or construction of a household water well system.

 

Water Well Trust.

Water Well Trust serves low-income people whose wells are no longer functioning properly, have contamination issues that render the well unusable, or have no well or safe water source.

Financial assistance for veterans.

Veterans may be eligible for financial assistance if they were affected by the Holiday Farm Fire.

If you were affected by the Holiday Farm Fire, you should remain in regular contact with your insurance company.
